How do I sign up for Betterness Society?

When you click Subscribe, you will be taken to a payment page where you must enter your billing information. After completing your payment, you will receive an invitation via email to join our private network. If you don’t see the invitation in your inbox, check your Spam, Trash, or All Mail folders and mark it as important.

What's the commitment?

For our Rise and Thrive plans, there is a minimum 3-month commitment, charged monthly. Each month, your membership unlocks exclusive wellness benefits, including seasonal boxes, wellness events, and community access. Your membership fee is charged automatically, and there is no option to skip a month during your commitment period. After the initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel or pause at any time by making a request under your General Membership Info. The monthly charge for your Betterness Society membership is non-refundable, and there are no refunds for unused benefits.

Can I switch between plans?

Plan switches are seasonal and based on availability. As a Betterness Society member, you will get early access to switch plans before spots open to the public. If you'd like to switch, keep an eye out for announcements or check your member dashboard for updates.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

After your 3-month commitment, you may request to cancel or pause your membership between the 1st and 14th of the month. If no request is received, your membership will automatically renew, and you will be charged on the 15th of the month for the next cycle.

Do I need to download an app to access my membership?

No, you don’t have to download an app to access the Betterness Society. You can log in through your web browser at any time by visiting: https://betternesssociety.mn.co/. However, we highly recommend downloading the Mighty Networks app for the best experience and easier access to your membership benefits.
