Affirmations and Positive Self-Talk


When we curate our seasonal subscription BetternessBox, we are thoughtful and intentional about every item that goes into it. We aim to handle your health and wellness with care. That’s why with each box, we make it a priority to drop in five affirmation cards that you can keep for yourself or share with your sister circle or a girlfriend that may need a reminder of just how dope she is.

Affirmations can be powerful tools for personal growth and transformation. They can help shake us out of a funk, recentering our thoughts and feelings. By repeating the affirmations out loud, we start to develop more positive self-talk habits. And there’s no such thing as too much positive self-talk, especially because we all need a pep talk every once in a while.

Regardless of the trying times or the celebratory ones, speaking light and goodness into yourself and over your life is always a good idea. Through affirmations, we can gain control over how we think about ourselves and the world around us. Ultimately, they serve as reminders for who we really are and allow us to shift our energy, enabling us to manifest our dreams and the life we want and truly deserve.
