Kristen Collins: L.I.T. with STEM AND BEAUTY

Kristen Collins is a creative visionary on a mission to inspire young girls to reimagine STEM by creatively exploring its role in cosmetics. As Founder and CEO of Black to the Lab, Kristen makes STEM come alive with activity kits of hands-on learning experiences. The kits use cosmetic chemistry concepts allowing youth the ability to create some of their favorite cosmetic items such as lip gloss, body scrubs, lotion, and more.

The thing I am most proud of on my journey is knowing the things to quit on and making sure myself is never one of those things!
